Here's a look at some spaces we've helped bring to life. Each project started as sketches on napkins (sometimes literally) and ended up as places where people actually live, work, and hang out. We're pretty proud of how they turned out.
This one was a challenge - old warehouse space that'd been sitting empty for years. The clients wanted something open but not cold, industrial but livable. We kept the original brick and beams 'cause honestly they were too good to cover up.
Square Footage: 2,400 sq ft

The owners came to us frustrated - they had great coffee but the space felt stuck in 2005. We opened things up, brought in natural light (lots of it), and created this flow that makes sense for both morning rush and afternoon laptop crowd.
After
Week 1-3: Space planning and permit approvals
Week 4-8: Interior demolition and rebuild
Week 9-11: Fixtures, furniture, and equipment
Week 12: Soft opening and adjustments
Square Footage: 1,800 sq ft

Sometimes you don't need to move - you just need to think differently about the space you've got.
The original footprint wasn't cutting it for a growing family. Dark kitchen, separate dining room nobody used, and a backyard connection that didn't exist.
We added 600 sq ft at the back - kitchen flows into dining, glass doors blur the line between inside and out. Now they actually use the whole house.

Tech startup needed space that didn't feel like a tech startup - you know, avoiding the ping pong table cliche. We focused on flexibility, acoustic zones for focus work, and collaborative areas that actually get used.
Timeline: 14 weeks from empty shell to move-in
Challenge: Noise control in open plan
Solution: Strategic acoustic panels and zoning
Square Footage: 5,200 sq ft | Location: Toronto, ON
This project was about proving that sustainable doesn't mean sacrificing style or comfort. Passive solar design, triple-glazed windows, geothermal heating - all the good stuff wrapped in a package that looks like a home, not a science experiment.
1960s bungalow with terrible insulation and sky-high energy bills
Complete rebuild with sustainable materials and passive design principles
Net-zero ready home that's cut energy costs by 75%
Weeks of detailed planning & energy modeling
Weeks of construction & systems installation
Reduction in energy consumption vs. baseline
Square feet of sustainable living space
We've got some exciting stuff happening right now that we can't wait to share.
Converting a heritage space into a modern eatery while respecting its history. Expected completion: Fall 2024
Maximizing a tight urban lot with a compact, efficient laneway dwelling. Expected completion: Winter 2024
Ground floor retail with office space above - still working through the details with the city. Fingers crossed for 2025.
Whether it's a complete overhaul or just figuring out how to make a space work better, we'd love to chat about it. No pressure, no sales pitch - just honest conversation about what's possible.
Every project starts with listening. We'll ask questions, sketch ideas, and figure out if we're the right fit for what you're trying to do.
